  • In the Moselle valley, with over 600,000 inhabitants and the former cradle of Lorraine’s steel industry.

  • More than 1,600 acres of land designated for economic development, of which 1,135 is dedicated to Eurotransit, Lorraine’s largest logistics centre.

  • Its proximity to the intersection of 2 major motorway axes; the A31 (North/South) and the A4 (East/West)
  • The presence of 3 international airports within a 50-mile radius : Metz-Nancy-Lorraine, Saarbrücken Ensheim, Luxembourg Findel.
  • The recent “TGV East” train service which connects Metz to Paris in 1h25.
